Iris Apatow is steaming up the beaches of Thailand in her swimsuit.  In a new social media shared by her White Lotus 3 co-star Patrick Schwarzenegger, the nepo baby daughter of Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit. "Days off in Thailand," Scwarzenegger captioned the photo shared to X and Instagram. How does the young actress approach diet and fitness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Iris loves to dance it out. "I sometimes play music in my room and dance really hard, because that's what they do on Grey's Anatomy when they're sad," she revealed during an interview with Interview. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

In her downtime, Iris enjoys reading. During a recent European getaway she reads Dear Dolly in her bathing suit while sunbathing. Reading is great for your longevity. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

You can often find Iris with a bottle of water in hand. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Growing up in California, Iris loves to swim. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Iris loves coffee so much that if she wasn't an actress she would want to own a coffee shop. "That's the dream. 'Cause I work at a bakery/coffee shop. I'm a barista. I am always jealous of the owner 'cause I'm like, she owns like a cute pink bakery and she's having the time of her life. Like, that sounds really fun. But I'm happy just to work there and make coffee," she told Harper's Bazaar.
