According to an official statement by the Marathon Store, they have no current plans to host any events related to the birthday of late rapper Nipsey Hussle.
The company was forced to make a public statement addressing the speculation after rumors started growing and became quite common.
Many of the rapper’s fans were apparently hopeful that the rumors might turn out to be true, but according to a statement by the Marathon Store themselves, that is not in their plans at the moment.

However, that has not dissuaded some of the rapper’s supporters, according to reports. LAPD have been alerted to the situation and are reportedly planning to send over a hundred officers to protect the location.
Many still remember the events that followed immediately after the rapper’s death, when people swarmed the store to pay their respects, filling up the parking lot and forcing the business to close down temporarily.
