It’s amusing to watch the antics of the many prophets in Ghana who have been given immense power by a populace who constantly refuses to use their heads to do any of the thinking it was intended for.
If Ghanaians decided to start thinking and accept life for what it is — difficult but conquerable without any ‘supernatural’ help — all these mostly illiterate men would lose the immense power they wield in a second.
However, we don’t live in a reasonable country so we have people like Obinim and Owusu Bempah having congregations numbering in the thousands and leveraging that to make themselves millionaires.
Anyway, a Kumasi based preacher, who as far as we know has not proven himself as a ‘real’ prophet either, has listed those he considers the ten fake prophets in Ghana.
According to him, these prophets are deceiving their congregations just to make money.
Apostle Kofi Nkansah-Sarkodie, founder and leader of Open Arms Ministries in Kumasi, alleges these men are self appointed prophets and have received no calling from God.
